Projects in the Pipeline
New ventures often require a two to four year development effort to bring them to financial close. DevCorp International performs and funds its share of the costly up-front development efforts necessary for good projects.
DevCorp identifies ideas that have potential for success in the Middle East and then performs preliminary research. Those that have real promise enter the DevCorp pipeline. DevCorp then conducts additional detailed market and financial studies and contacts international and technological partners. It examines possible sites, identifies sources for key raw material or feedstock, and begins application for required government approvals. Only when it is determined that a project can be a financial success does it move out of the pipeline and into advanced development.
DevCorp is currently investigating these types of projects: information
