Interactive Saudi Arabia Ltd (ISA)
This software company focuses exclusively on designing, developing, and deploying advanced Internet-based applications and solutions. This would include web-enabling existing legacy systems, building new web applications, systems integration, process re-engineering, and continual market introduction of new technology when available. In October 2002 the Saudi Arabian Government
Investment Authority issued a license to ISA. Saudi partners Ram World and
Hoshan Co., Ltd. and Emirates-based Interactive Limited
partnered with DevCorp
to bring this new technology to Saudi Arabia.
Capitalization is US$ 1.2 million and the Commercial
Registration Number 1010195649 was issued on 22 March, 2004. ISA
is currently in the process of buying out the shares of Ram World. Basel
Al-Jabr, former General Manager, will serve on the Board; an interim General
Manager has been appointed and has successfully closed on several new contracts.
