Jahnke (In Memoriam), Chairman until his death in 2001, brought more than 25 years of merchant, investment, and corporate banking experience in the US, Europe, and the Middle East to DevCorp International E.C. His senior positions with Chemical Bank led him to top positions in corporate finance, projects, and global markets at the multi-government owned Gulf Investment Corporation in Kuwait immediately before becoming a founding partner in DevCorp in 1995. BA, University of Connecticut; MBA, University of Utah. James L. Greenberg, Chairman and Managing Director, started and built two joint venture companies in Saudi Arabia as General Manager. The integrated shipping, transport, and project management group participated in major infrastructure projects of the Kingdom in the 1970s and 1980s. The defense services company played an active support role to both US and Saudi forces during the Gulf War and is now one of the largest defense services companies in Saudi Arabia. Graduate of the Industrial College of the Armed Forces; former military pilot. Additional LeadershipIbrahim S. Al-Mishari, formerly a corporate advisor to DevCorp and the Chairman of Saudi Communications Development Company, became a partner in DevCorp International In 2004. Mr. Al-Mishari participated in the initial development of the Economic Offset Program of Saudi Arabia and was Chief of Communication and Electronics Directorate and a Project Officer of the Peace Shield Program while in the Royal Saudi Air Force. Since his retirement as Major General from the military in 1999, Mr. Al-Mishari has established the Quintus company for business development and the Aquad company for information technology.
